Cliff’s Local Market Holds Grand Opening Celebration

Clifford Fuel Co. officially rebranded our 18 convenience stores and celebrated with a Grand Opening at our Commercial Drive location on June 8th. The Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to unveil the new brand.

“Our new name and image better represents our company’s identity, mission and strong 55 year history,” said Jim Clifford, President of Clifford Fuel, Co. “We are so excited, after months of preparation, to celebrate the Grand Opening of all Cliff’s Local Market locations.”

There were multiple giveaways including a signed Utica Comets jersey. Between food sampling, beer sampling form Firestone Walker Brewing Company, the giveaways and Lite 98.7 broadcasting live, the event attracted many local visitors.
