Cliff’s Local Market Announces Exciting Update: Full Transition to CITGO Branded Fuel and Expansion of Reloadable Gift Card Program

Cliff’s Local Market Announces Exciting Update: Full Transition to CITGO Branded Fuel and Expansion of Reloadable Gift Card Program

Throughout August 2024, Cliff’s Local Market will convert 8 existing Sunoco sites to CITGO-branded fuel, establishing a consistent fuel presence across all Cliff’s locations. To enhance this transition, Cliff’s will introduce a reloadable CITGO Gift Card program, which can be loaded with cash or credit/debit up to $300, with no fees, expiration dates, or sign-up requirements. The gift card can be used for purchases inside the store or at the pump, offering 10¢ off every gallon filled up at any location. Additionally, by enrolling in Club CITGO and using their loyalty number at the pump, customers can increase their savings by a minimum of an additional 3¢ per gallon. With regular monthly promotions like Triple Tuesday and Five Cent Friday, customers can earn even more discounts, with a maximum savings of 30¢ off per gallon on their first-ever fill-up with Club CITGO when combined with the CITGO gift card savings. Cliff’s Local Market is a staple in Central New York, proudly serving the surrounding communities as a family-owned and operated chain of convenience stores for over 60 years. With a legacy of commitment to the region, Cliff’s is thrilled to mark a new chapter in its journey by transitioning to consistently offer CITGO-branded fuel and promote the CITGO gift card program. This move not only brings exceptional benefits to our customers but also reinforces our dedication to being a valued part of the community we call home. Jim Clifford, owner of Cliff’s Local Market, expressed enthusiasm for the new developments, stating that “the transition to CITGO branded fuel and the gift card program will enable the company to further enhance its customer experience and continue its tradition of making a positive difference in the communities it serves.” We look forward to streamlining our operations and providing added value to our loyal customers.
